Your Order will be confirmed via email and a price quote to include shipping, insurance and handling charges will be included. Only prepaid shipments will be accepted.
Payment:
Payment must be made using Wire Transfer or Bank draft drawn in US Funds through a US Bank and made payable to "Suncoast Automotive Performance, Inc." We are sorry, but our company policy will not allow us to accept credit card paymentfor international orders as we cannot verify cardholder information on credit cards issued by banks outside the USA. Wire Transfers from your bank to ours will incur a $35 bank processing fee. International Money orders or bank drafts should be mailed toSuncoast Automotive Performance, Inc.3112 29th Avenue, EastBradenton, Florida, 34208USA Once Payment is received and processed your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Bank processing of international payments can take up to 10 business days. If certain items are not in stock, we will Inform you of approximate time of shipping when we confirm your order.
Warranty:
Our warranty on international orders is limited to repair or refund of up to 50% of the price paid for the merchandise and does not include the cost of shipping. The determination of repair or refund will be made by Suncoast once good photographs of the problem have been received and reviewed. Repair cost must be agreed to in advance and will be based on standard US shop rates.
NOTE: We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. Fees for Duty or Value Added Tax (VAT) are different for each Country and will be calculated by your country's Customs Agency (these fees are not included in our price and will be collected by your country's Customs Agency upon delivery to you). Please note: A full Invoice with full price will be sent with all orders. This is a matter of law and we will show actual costs. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee, in addition to any return shipping charges, will be applied to international orders returned for any reason. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not Issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. All prices quoted within our site are in US funds.
